          • Cooking oil, salt, fish sauce, seasoning, monosodium glutamate
          • Lemon, chili

          Steps to make stir-fried morning glory with garlic

          • Step 1: Pick up water spinach into pieces about 8-10 cm. Then, soak it in dilute salt water for about 10-15 minutes, then wash it with 3 times of water and take it out into a basket to dry. Garlic peels off the dry outer skin, smashes and minced.
          • Step 2: Prepare a large pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and then put it on the stove to boil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
          • Step 3: When the garlic turns yellow and fragrant, add the drained water spinach. To trick just stir the vegetables evenly.
