300g water spinach stalks
Lettuce, finely chopped
Basil, finely chopped
100g bean sprouts
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 horned chili pepper, seeded and shredded
1 stalk celery, cut into 3cm
3 cloves garlic, minced
Cooking oil
Roasted peanuts, medium pounded
Ingredients for salad dressing:

2 tablespoons filtered water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon minced red onion
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Sweet and sour sauce ingredients:

1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
5 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon minced chili
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ tablespoon rice vinegar


How to prepare spinach beef salad:
Step 1: Beef is washed, drained, sliced ​​thinly across the grain so that the beef is tender.
Step 2: Marinate beef with minced shallot, vegetable seasoning, minced garlic, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and a little cooking oil. Set aside for about 30 minutes for the beef to infuse the flavors.


Step 3: Morning glory picks up all the leaves, keeps the stalks, and washes them. Chop the small vegetables. Soak in a bowl of water mixed with a little lemon juice. Step 4: Heat a pan, add oil and cook on medium heat. When the oil is hot, add 3 minced garlic cloves and fry until fragrant. When the garlic is golden, add the marinated beef and stir well, quickly. Stir-fry on high heat until the beef is tender. When the beef is just cooked, turn off the heat and immediately put it on a plate, let it cool.
Step 5: Mix the salad dressing: In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the salad dressing: water, sugar, salt, pepper, and red onion. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Then add rice vinegar and cooking oil.

Step 7: In a large bowl, mix the ingredients: Split water spinach, stir-fried beef, laksa leaves, basil, bean sprouts, onions, sliced ​​chili, celery, and salad dressing. Mix well and gently so that the bean sprouts do not break. Leave for 10-20 minutes for the mannequin to infuse the flavors.
