          Although, deep-fried pork intestines have a simple way to make, but it takes a lot of time to prepare. Therefore, to complete the dish you need to have patience and meticulousness. In order to make the dish more perfect, in addition to seasoning, you need to know how to prepare the pork intestines without fishy and still retain the characteristic delicious taste. Now let’s get to the kitchen right away!

          Crispy fried pork intestines

          – 1.5 kg of pork intestines

          – Five flavors, star anise, cinnamon

          – Garlic, chili, lemon

          – Cooking oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce

          – White wine

          – Vegetables: Cucumber, laksa leaves, lettuce

          How to make crispy pork intestines

          Step 1: Prepare pork intestines and ingredients

          – Pork intestines you should choose new intestines, fresh color, no strange smell. After buying, you turn the left side of the intestine out, then soak it with vinegar mixed with a little salt for about 20 minutes. Then, squeeze it hard and wash it off with water until it’s clean. When rinsing, you turn the intestines to its surface.

          – Garlic you bring peeled, 1 part chopped, 1 part smashed.

          – Minced chili.

          Step 2: Boil pork intestines

          You put water in a pot, bring to a boil, then add cardamom, white wine, cinnamon, and star anise. After 5 minutes, you put the intestines in and boil for 45 minutes until the intestines are soft, then remove and drain.

          Step 3: Marinate pork intestines

          You put pork intestines in a bowl, marinated with spices including: 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, crushed garlic, pepper, 1 tablespoon of five spices. Then mix well and marinate for about 2 hours for the intestines to absorb the spices.

          Step 4: Done

          You put cooking oil in a pan, turn the heat to bring the oil to a boil. Next, you put the marinated pork intestines into the pan to fry until golden brown on all sides and then remove to a plate. Then, use a knife or scissors to cut the intestines into bite-sized pieces. Then, put on a plate with some raw vegetables and enjoy.

          Step 5: How to make crispy pork intestine dipping sauce

          To make the dish more complete, the important factor is the dipping sauce. You put 2 tablespoons of sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Then, stir until the sugar dissolves, then add some filtered water with pure fish sauce. Season to taste sweet and sour. Finally, you add minced garlic and chili, stir well.

          Ingredients to be prepared

          1.5kg pork intestines

          Garlic, scallions, chili

          Fish sauce, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, vinegar

           How to make fried pork intestines with fish sauce

          Step 1: Prepare ingredients

          – The pork belly is turned upside down, put in a bowl, soaked with vinegar and salt, and then squeezed thoroughly. Next, rinse with water, then turn right side. Then take it out to dry and cut the intestines into pieces about 6-7 cm long.

          – Garlic you bring peeled, chopped.

          – Minced green onions.

          – Minced chili.

          Step 2: Fry the intestines

          You put cooking oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, you put the heart into the pan and fry until golden brown, then take it out to drain.

          Step 3: Fry fish sauce

          You pour the cooking oil into the bowl, leaving only a little in the pan. Then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add minced chili, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, a little MSG, ground pepper, minced chili, then stir to dissolve the seasoning. Then you put your heart in. Stir until the heart is cooked and absorbed, then add the green onions and turn off the heat.

          That’s it, you put the fried fish with fish sauce on a plate and enjoy it with steamed rice and raw vegetables.
