Ingredients – 10 servings
200g chicken breast
1 box corn cream
20g butter
20g Taky multi-purpose wheat flour
50ml Whipping cream
1 egg yolk
Seasoning seed, sugar
How to make:
Boiled chicken breast, minced chicken
Put the butter in a pan, melt, add the flour to the pan, simmer, simmer and stir for 3 minutes until smooth.
Put the water in the stove (2 liters), add minced chicken, corn cream to boil, skim off, stir fry butter with wheat flour (step 2), stir well, skim off and scum on the surface of the soup.
Add more seasoning and sugar to taste.
