How To Cook Delicious And Fatty Hotpot With The Right Standard
Sausage is a dish whose name comes from the Cantonese language, which means pork bone. And the dish is simply stewed bone, a popular dish often used as bait at pubs in Vietnam. Initially, sausages were made with pork bones, but later people used chicken bones, goat bones, and beef bones to create new flavors. The chunks of sausage are cooked into a clear broth, and the remaining layers of fat, tendons, and marrow are soft and fatty, so attractive and hard to forget.
Sausage hotpot is a combination of ingredients such as: pork bones, red apples, snow mushrooms, pears… Therefore, the hot pot has a pure, natural sweet taste, bringing a feeling of coolness and delight. Let’s start making this hot pot right away!

Ingredients for cooking sausage hotpot
– 1.5 kg of pork bone
– 1 white radish
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion
– 1 pear
– 1 corn
– 300g noodles
– 200g of chicken thigh mushrooms
– 200g of vegetables
– Celery, Cabbage
– Salt, sugar, soy sauce, seasoning
How to cook hot pot sausage
Step 1: Prepare pork bones
– When you buy the pork belly, you wash it with water and then put it in a pot of boiling water.
– Next, you wash the bones with cold water 2-3 times to remove dirt and fishy odors and then put them in the pot.
Add about 2 liters of water and bring to a boil. When the water boils, lower the heat to low and then simmer the bones for about 1 hour for the bones to soften and release the water.
Note: In order for the hotpot dish to be delicious and have a clear broth, when stewing, you should add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce. In addition, during the cooking process, you should regularly skim off the foam, which will help the finished broth to be clearer and more attractive.
Step 2: Prepare vegetables
– When you buy corn, you cut it into pieces about 4 cm long.
– Peel the pears, remove the seeds and roll, cut into small pieces.
Peel the carrots, trim the flowers, and cut them into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
– White radish you bring peeled, cut into pieces then chop.
– Qin Wu you pick up and wash.
– Wash celery and cut into pieces.
– Mushrooms of chicken thighs, washed, halved and sliced.
– Onions you bring peeled cut areca.
– Cabbage is washed and cut into small pieces.
Step 3: Cook hot pot with sausages
– When the pot of bone broth boils, put the corn and white radish in the bone pot, cover, cover and simmer for about 45-60 minutes until the ingredients come out fresh and soft.
Next, you add carrots and pears and cook for about 30 minutes.
During the cooking process, you should often skim off the foam!
Step 4: Season and finish
– After the ingredients are soft, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of salt to the hot pot, then stir until the spices dissolve and taste to taste. When the water boils, you turn off the stove and serve up to enjoy.
– When eating, you put the hot pot on an electric stove or mini gas stove and then cook the mushrooms. After that, continue to add the Chinese cabbage and quinoa. With the hotpot dish, you should eat it with egg noodles and don’t forget to prepare a cup of pure fish sauce with a few slices of chili!
