Cooking steps
Prepare materials
Shrimp you choose the ones that are still fresh. When buying, you wash the shrimp, peel it, then remove the black thread on the back of the shrimp. Or if you like, you can leave the shrimp shells on.
The squid you choose is fresh and delicious. After buying, you remove the ink bag, clean and then cut the ink into small circles.
