          • Chicken eggs: 3 eggs
          • Minced lean meat: 100g
          • Dried purple onion: 1 bulb
          • Green onions: 30g
          • Spices: salt, delicious fish sauce, pepper…

          Instructions on how to make minced eggs

          Step 1: Prepare ingredients

          – You should buy bacon just to have both lean and fat, it will taste better and when frying the eggs will not be dry. When you buy meat, you wash it with dilute salt water, then wash it clean, dry it and then mince it.

          – Dried red onion peeled, washed, smashed and minced.

          – Green onions are removed from the roots, withered and damaged leaves, then washed and finely chopped.

          Step 2: Beat eggs

          Prepare a clean bowl or bowl, crack all the eggs in, then add minced meat, half a finely chopped green onion, mix well and season with spices including: 1/3 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon seasoning coffee, 1 teaspoon delicious fish sauce. Use chopsticks to beat well until the spices are completely dissolved.

          Step 3: Fry minced eggs

          When you’re done, put the pan on the stove and turn on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the boil, then add minced shallots and sauté them until fragrant. Continue to pour in the eggs mixed with minced meat and then cover the pan until the eggs are cooked evenly, observe when the eggs are just cooked, turn them over to cook evenly on both sides and have a nice golden color, then turn off the heat.

          How many calories in a minced egg?

          In fact, depending on the size, each egg will have different calories, on average from 60 to 90 calories. When frying eggs with minced meat, the calories can increase to about 90-100 calories or more depending on the amount of cooking oil you use.

          Nutritionists recommend that, depending on your age, you should eat eggs accordingly so as not to lead to an excess of substances. Specifically:

          – Children from 6-7 months old, each meal 1/2 egg yolk

          – Children from 8-9 months old, each meal has one egg yolk or four quail eggs

          – Children aged 10-12 months are given both yolks and whites and one fruit per meal

          Children 1-2 years old eat 3-4 fruits/week.

          Adults should only eat three fruits/week.

          For people with high blood pressure or high blood cholesterol can still eat eggs because it does not increase blood pressure and cholesterol, but should only eat 1-2 eggs per week.
