          Ingredients for frying eggs

          • 150g noodles
          • 2 chicken eggs
          • Green onion, cooking oil, carrot, radish

          Instructions on how to make fried egg noodles

          Step 1: Prepare ingredients

          – Carrots and radishes are washed, peeled and grated.

          – Remove the shriveled scallions, wash and finely chop.

          Step 2: Boil the noodles

          – Bring a large pot of water to boil on the stove, put the noodles in and boil for 20 minutes until the noodles are soft, then take them out.

          – Rinse the noodles with cold water several times, then drain.

          Step 3: Soak sour vegetables

          – Mix 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 little water.

          • 50g noodles (long stalk)
          • 1 clove of minced garlic
          • 1.5 teaspoons satay chili
          • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
          • 2 teaspoons filtered water
          • 2 teaspoons hot water
          • 1 teaspoon sugar
          • 1 teaspoon margarine

          How to make crispy butter satay noodles

          Step 1: Fry

          – Put a large pan on the stove, add cooking oil to heat. When the oil starts to get hot, fry the noodles until golden brown, paying attention to reduce the heat so that the noodles don’t burn. Fry until the noodles are golden brown, then turn off the heat, remove the noodles to a plate lined with greaseproof paper.

          Step 2: Saute garlic butter

          – Use another pan on the stove, put 1 teaspoon of margarine in the pan. Next, add the minced garlic to the saute pan.

          When the garlic begins to turn golden, add the sugar, fish sauce, filtered water, and chili powder according to the prepared dose into the pan and stir well. Attention : cook on low heat to avoid burning the garlic and sugar.

          Step 3: Make the garlic butter sauce

          – When the garlic butter sauce mixture starts to thicken, add the crispy fried noodles in step 1. Stir well to infuse the sauce evenly into the noodles. Finally, add the satay chili peppers to the island for a few more minutes to be able to turn off the stove.

          – Now, you just need to pour the fried noodles with garlic butter and satay on a plate and enjoy right away.

          • 200g noodles
          • 1/2 teaspoon MSG
          • 1/2 teaspoon salt
          • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
          • 40g butter
          • 1 slice of lemon
          • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
          • 1/2 teaspoon satay
          • 2 teaspoons white sugar
          • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
          • 500ml cooking oil

          How to make spicy garlic butter noodles

          Step 1: Fry

          – Put the pan on the stove, add cooking oil to heat, pay attention to pour a lot of oil to cover the noodles. Deep-fry the noodles evenly on all sides, the noodles will expand and turn slightly white. Once the noodles are fried, take them out of the basket to drain the oil.

          Step 2: Cook garlic butter sauce

          – In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to heat, then pour 2 tablespoons of minced garlic into the pan, pour into a separate plate.

          – Pour cooking oil out of the pan, heat 40g butter, then add 2 tablespoons chili sauce and 1 slice of fresh lemon. Add ½ teaspoon of satay, ½ teaspoon of MSG, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce to the pan and stir, simmer over low heat until the mixture is completely dissolved and boils.

          Step 3: Mix noodles with sauce

          – Pour the fried noodles into the sauce pan and mix well with your hands so that the spices are evenly absorbed into each noodle. Mix until the candy is mixed, and the garlic butter clings to the noodles to form an attractive golden color, then you can turn off the stove.

          – Pour the noodles into a plate, pour the non-aromatic garlic into the noodle mixture, stir well and use immediately while it is still hot. Crispy fried noodles with spicy garlic butter sauce is done.
