How to make Pad Thai like Thai people
Step 1: Make Pad Thai sauce

Cook until the ingredients are dissolved, then reduce the heat to a simmer until the sauce thickens, turn off the heat, and let cool.
Step 2: Prepare ingredients
- Soak the pho noodles in cold water and then take them out to drain.
- Cut the tofu into small squares, then put them in a pan of hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Soak dried shrimp in warm water to soften the shrimp.
- Wash fresh shrimp, remove the shrimp on the back and peel the shell, leaving only the shrimp tail.
- Wash the bean sprouts and chives with diluted salt water and then drain.
Step 3: Cook Pad Thai
- Heat the pan, then add oil and garlic and fry until fragrant. Next, add tofu and stir-fry well, then add all the shrimp and stir together.
- Season with a little salt and MSG. About 3 minutes, add pho noodles, shrimp and tofu.
