How to make stir-fried goose with lemongrass and chili

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

Wash the lemongrass, peel off the old skin, slice one part thinly, and chop the rest very finely. Remove seeds from chili and slice into pieces. Dried onions and chopped garlic, cut green onions into pieces.

Step 2: Prepare goose meat
