Stir-fried mussels with lemongrass and chili
Ingredient
- 1kg mussels
- 1 onion
- Lemongrass, ginger, chili
- Vietnamese coriander and coriander
- Dried onions, garlic
- 100g peanuts
- Fish sauce, seasoning powder, ground pepper, cooking oil, MSG, sugar
How to make stir-fried mussels with lemongrass and chili
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- When you buy mussels, soak them in water and add a few slices of chili to help the mussels release all the dirt. Then, you take the mussels and drain them. Then boil the water, put the mussels in to boil, when the mussel meat floats to the surface of the water, take it out and put it in a separate bowl.
- Peel the dried onions and garlic and chop them finely.
- Wash coriander and coriander and cut finely.
- Sliced chili.
- Peel the onions, wash them, and cut them into thin slices.
- Mince lemongrass, peel and slice ginger.
- Roast the peanuts until golden, clean the shell, then pound them.
Step 2: Stir-fry mussels

- 500g mussel meat
- rice noodle

Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- When you buy mussels, soak them in rice water to clean the dirt. Next, drain and boil the mussels. When the mussel meat separates from the shell, take it out and set aside.
- Soak wood ear mushrooms with blooms, cut off the legs, and cut into small pieces.
- Peel and chop dried onions.

Step 1: Prepare ingredients
- Wash the mussel meat several times with cold water, then blanch it in boiling water, then drain.

- Minced lemongrass, sliced ginger, sliced chili.

Step 2: Stir-fry mussels
