          Salmon is considered a golden food when it contains a lot of Omega 3 to help brighten the eyes and make the body healthy. Moreover, salmon meat is very fragrant, sweet and soft, so they are quite expensive. With salmon, you can process it into many different dishes such as salad, hot pot, sushi… especially fried fish sauce. However, not everyone knows how to make the head and fins of fried salmon with fish sauce for flavor and deliciousness.

          Ingredients for fried salmon head with fish sauce

          – 1 head of salmon

          – Crispy flour

          – 1 tablespoon sugar

          – ½ teaspoon seasoning

          – Oyster oil, fish sauce, dried chili, ginger

          – 2 chicken eggs

          How to make fried salmon head with fish sauce

          Step 1: Prepare ingredients

          – Cut the salmon head into small pieces, then remove the fishy smell, then drain.

          – Onions are picked clean and finely chopped.

          – Ginger and garlic peeled and chopped.

          – Crispy fried dough for plate.

          – Crack eggs into a bowl and stir well.

          Step 2: Marinate the salmon head

          Put the salmon head in a bowl and then marinate the fish with ginger, garlic, and green onions for about 10 minutes, without seasoning. Next, you roll each piece of fish evenly through the deep-fried flour. Next, you roll the fish over the chicken eggs and then continue to roll in the deep-fried flour again.

          Step 3: Fry the fish head

          You put cooking oil in the pan, wait when the oil is hot, you put the fish that has rolled through the flour into the frying pan. Note, when frying you fry with medium heat, avoid burning the fish. After the fish is fried to a crispy golden color, take it out and put it on a sieve or absorbent paper to drain the oil.

          Step 4: Make fried salmon head with fish sauce

          After frying the fish, add oil to the pan and add minced garlic until fragrant. Next, you put in the pan 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ teaspoon seasoning, a little oyster sauce, a little dried chili. Then, stir until the sauce is slightly thickened. Finally, you add the deep-fried fish, then cook to absorb the spices and then turn off the stove.

          So the way to make fried salmon head with fish sauce is complete, you put the fish on a plate and eat it with hot rice will be great.

          – 0.5kg of salmon fins

          – 2 chicken eggs

          – Crispy flour

          – Seasoning, sugar, fish sauce

          – Dried chili, ginger

          How to make fried salmon fins with fish sauce

          Step 1: Prepare ingredients

          – Peeled garlic, minced.

          – Grated ginger, finely chopped.

          – Wash and finely chop scallions.

          – Peel and diced onions.

          – Salmon fins are washed and dried.

          – Crispy fried dough you put on a plate.

          – Put the eggs in a bowl and stir well.

          Step 2: Marinate the salmon

          Next, put salmon fins in a bowl and marinate with seasoning seeds, pepper, scallions and ginger. Then, stir well and marinate for about 15 minutes for the fish fins to absorb the seasoning.

          Step 3: Fry fish fins

          You put cooking oil and pan and wait for the oil to boil. In the meantime, roll the salmon fins in the crispy batter, then the egg, then roll in the crispy batter. When the oil is hot, put the fish fins in the pan and fry until golden brown. When done frying, take out the fish and drain the oil.

          Step 4: Make fried fish fins with fish sauce

          Put the minced garlic in a frying pan, then add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of seasoning, ½ teaspoon of oyster sauce, and a little chili pepper. Then, stir until the fish sauce is slightly viscous and has a good taste. Finally, you add the fried fish fins, then stir well. Continue, you add onions and cook until the fish fins absorb enough spices, then turn off the heat. That’s it, you put it on a plate and enjoy it while it’s still hot!

          How to choose salmon and remove the fishy smell of fish

          To have a dish from fried salmon with fish sauce, first, you must know how to choose fresh fish. When buying whole salmon, hold the fish’s tail and shake it gently, if the back meat is firm, the fish is still fresh. Besides, do not forget to choose only fish with clear and black eyes, not fish with dark flesh and cloudy eyes. When you buy salmon, you can crush ginger and mix it with white wine, then roll the fish for about 2 minutes and then wash it with clean water to remove the fishy smell of the salmon. Or more simply, you can soak salmon with fresh milk for 5 minutes and then take it out and wash it with water to make the fish no fishy smell.
