          Ingredients to cook sticky sticky rice

          – Sticky rice: 500 gr

          – Green beans without skin: 200 gr

          – Green onions, purple onions, banana leaves

          – Vegetables: 1 kg

          – Glutinous flour: 200 gr

          – Flour: 100 gr

          – Spices: pepper, salt, sugar, fish sauce, seasoning seeds

          How to cook sticky rice with rice cooker

          Step 1: Prepare ingredients

          – Sticky rice: You wash it, put water in it and soak it overnight or at least 6-7 hours for the rice to become soft and flexible. Then take it out and let it dry.

          – Green beans: You also soak with water and a little salt overnight or for a few hours until the green beans bloom. Then, steam the green beans with a little salt and pepper, then put them down, let them cool, and then pound them.

          – Bacon: Wash, can be washed with salt water to eliminate odors, rinse with water and then marinate the meat with ground pepper, dried onion, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, ½ teaspoon seasoning seeds, mix well and leave Let stand for 30 minutes for the meat to infuse the flavors.

          Step 2: Make sticky rice

          Marinating the meat: When the meat has absorbed the spices, put the pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil and wait for it to boil, then add the chopped purple onions and fry until fragrant, drop the meat in and taste the seasonings to taste. Then stir-fry until the meat is just cooked, then turn off the heat, take it out and put it on absorbent paper to absorb the oil.

          – Mix the filling: Then, you take the crushed green beans into the bowl of meat, mix well and then use your hands to roll them into small round balls, grasp tightly to make the sticky rice balls beautiful, and so on for all the ingredients. .

          Step 3: How to cook Hanoi sticky rice

          – Make vegetables: Vegetables: You wash them, shake them to dry, then cut them into small pieces, then put them in a blender, puree with a little water to get the juice.

          – Cover the dough for the crust: Put the glutinous rice flour and plain flour in a bowl and slowly add the vegetable juice into the dough, knead by hand until the dough is smooth – flexible – gently press it without sticking your hands, you can add a little oil Eat so the dough doesn’t stick to your hands.

          – Steamed sticky rice: Use your hands to roll the dough into round balls, then flatten and then use them to wrap the meatballs tightly. You do this sequentially until you run out of green bean meatballs.

          – You take the drained glutinous rice and mix it with a little salt. You take the tray used for steaming and line the bottom with banana leaves, lightly apply a layer of cooking oil and put in half the amount of sticky rice.

          – You put the coated green bean meatballs on the tray. Note, do not put the tablets close to each other. After arranging all, add the remaining amount of rice to cover.

          – Put the steamer tray in the rice cooker, steam for about 40-45 minutes. Note, while steaming, sometimes you open the lid of the pot and wipe the water, avoid dropping it and messing with the sticky rice.

          – When the sticky rice is cooked, you just need to take it out and use it while it’s still hot. In addition, you can sprinkle some fried onions to make the sticky rice more fragrant.

          The best way to prepare vegetables

          – You pick up vegetables to separate the young and old parts, then wash them.

          – Put the old part into a puree, then squeeze out the water, remove the residue. We put the young vegetables in that water and puree them (don’t add too much water when grinding the vegetables). Then we drain the water to bring it to a boil and then return it to the young vegetables that have just been ground.
